I was gonna play a bit of Ark last night (haven't done that for a while) but thought I'd just have a quick go on Trials first to get one of the squirrels.
And two hours later I was still having "one more go" on Trials as I tried to get my times down.
Still nowhere near the world records that I keep watching for tips, but on one track I am now at 18,000 on the global leaderboard. So let's pretend that's good.

I want to play Subnautica but (besides doing other things, like watching actual telly) I keep getting dead. or lost. and then dead. Considering playing the original subnautica again, but that's just stalling, really.

Just keep dying. "Works" for me in a lot of games.

Meanwhile...

But I don't like dying. I get so stressed up about it...

Tried to get three squirrels tonight on Trials but only ended up getting one.
Trying to do a backward reverse wheelie up a little slope is terribly hard.
On a more positive note I did level up and get a new bike.
And it's so light and powerful that I can't control it and end up on my backside half the time. Which doesn't sound very positive now that I think about it.

And you don't have to worry about wheelies when there are no wheels.

The bike I got in Trials is the Mantis and it's just sooo light and twitchy. After getting it I went straight back to the earlier, easy tracks to beat my times with my new "better" bike and it was just crash, spin, faceplant, fall, wheelie, sit down, etc.
I REALLY don't know how those world record players control these things.

They probably cheat...
