Also (Val) if you have two, then the carrier should be set to run away and ignore whistles, so that it won't attack and get killed, too. Instead it'll run away and you'll never find it again. Like Moses. (He was only carrying a bunch of berries though - mostly for himself to eat)

Well.... I just received word that Moses was killed by a dilophosaur. Perhaps it was payback as I ended up killing Graze. I "hit her out of the water", but she still wouldn't budge, so...

I wonder if Moses turns into a backpack somewhere?

EDIT: also bullrushes apparently is kaveldun. Though I can swear I know another word for them... hmm... Anyway, so, in Swedish, Moses was found in the reeds, in English the bullrushes.... I bet in the original story it was in the papyrus...

I just harvested my first veggies. They spoil way too fast! Everything spoils too fast. You'd think they could give it one in game day at least.... (Especially since the beach temp seems to be around 15 degrees so it's not summer heat rotting the stuff either...)

It's a good thing it's a game because all this waste kind of bothers me.
"Kill an animal, get 10 meat. 3 spolis before you get home. Cook 7 meat, 2 spoils before the cooking is done. Eat 1 meat, the rest spoils, even in the fridge thingy, before you need food again."

There are an absurd number of available settings when you launch the game and I think there may be a "Spoil Timer" among them if you want to tweak it.
A quick google suggests that it's set to 0 by default and that you can turn it up to a value that you prefer.

...but further googling makes me uncertain as to whether that particular setting is available for single player mode.
