Well, even if you choose to be a girl now and decide to play more later I think you can change the look of the character. And you can change the name (even if they're taking their sweet time - guess the latest update led to an influx of bug reports) - and if all else fails you can always just grow a beard. Even if you are a girl.

Now that you've tried it, are you enjoying Palia at least a bit?

It's OK, I don't dislike it but I am not feeling particularly engaged in anything that is going on so far. It's also one of those grindy games that feels grindy, like having to spend a huge amount of time chopping down trees or hacking at rocks to get enough copper to craft a thing you need. So far there are a couple of NPCs that I think should probably be killed or severely beaten.

Well, after a while you have more resources than you can fit in your storage and you don't need to grind so much for each thing.

You haven't liked Caleri and Elouisa from my description, before... Not sure how you feel about Badruu's "puns" either... but I'm still curious as to which NPCs are the ones you dislike most?
