Finished Bridgerton and without giving too many spoilers (I hope) it seems they ARE planning more seasons.

I think I said it before, I felt they borrowed a bit too heavily from Cinderella this season and I felt some parts of the final one or two episodes were a bit forced (or more forced than the otherwise historically inaccurate episodes), such as the Queen being highly amused by stuff that wasn't even particularly amusing. And while I usually really like the queen actress, that laugh was quite frightening...

Finished "This is not a murder mystery" - although it was, wasn't it? Anyhow not sure I think the main character (Magritte) acted entirely OK there at the end.

Well, the painting "This is not a pipe" isn't a pipe - it's just a picture of a pipe. But a murder mystery is a story of a murder (or more) being solved. Which it was, in spite of its name...

Dang, I started watching the actual latest season of Shetland today (as opposed to the very first season which I accidentally watched yesterday) and I forgot that Swedish telly does this weird thing where they actually only release one episode a week. So I've seen episode 1-2 and thought that I'd find out who the killer was, completely forgetting that it takes them all season, and that there's 4 episodes left = 4 weeks.

Guess I'll be watching something else tomorrow. There were an awful lot of series that had new seasons coming, after all. If I could only remember which ones.

Apparently this weekend's big Firefly news was that they'll try to make an animated version. I think. Their* instagram reels can be confusing. Lots of nodding and saying the same thing over and over.

I was kind of satisfied with how Serenity wrapped things up.

I've actually only seen Serenity and never had a chance to see Firefly. But I liked the film. Still curious about where they are going with this idea and what might happen

I am currently watching the latest The Rookie series. I do like Nathan Fillion, he's funny in a kind of deadpan/understated way.
