In my defense I never finished it. But you have a point...

Today I started watching the newest (as far as I know) Frankenstein film. I didn't finish that either.

I'm not sure what I think about the way they basically call the end a prelude and then go back to little Victor's childhood. It's been ages since I read the book but I'm fairly certain the original story didn't do that - but I'm thinking they are aware the story's been done to death already and are very consciously trying to make something new out of it. Maybe a bit too hard... The jury is still out. Until I actually finish watching it.

I found that Ghosts (the UK version) has two seasons I haven't seen, so I've been watching that lately. Yesterday the ghosts were afraid of the dark...

But I have mentioned it before

It's a comedy series about a young couple who inherit a house full of ghosts and after an accident, the woman can see and talk to the ghosts. The ghosts are from all ages, pretty much. The oldest is from the stone age and the most recent from... the 90ies maybe? I can't quite recall which one was the most recent. One was a politician who died with his pants down so he's always walking around without pants and the other was a scout leader who got accidentally shot when trying to teach kids to use bows and arrows.... So he walks around in his scout uniform with an arrow through his neck. And there's a beheaded one of course and a Victorian lady who falls from her bedroom window every morning at 6. I think it's quite fun.

And there's an American version too, since Americans can't understand English even with subtitles. I haven't watched that one.

It's an old British comedy series about a family and some ghosts 

Well, looking it up, it seems those ghosts could be rented out. These are basically only seen by Allison (the female owner of the house) though one of them can make things move, sometimes. In the episode where they became scared of the dark, Allison had set the TV to show Grease to one of the female ghosts (who's always very cheerful but exceptionally daft) and the other ghost changed the channel to Terror on Elm Street and she never realised they were two different movies....

I finished Ghosts and since the final season was apparently released in -23 I'm guessing it's really the final final one.

I should be going to bed but just for the heck of it, I started watching a Swedish series called We Come in Peace (which sounds all wrong in Swedish, more like "we come in times of peace"). Anyway, I usually think Swedes are crap actors but it's got a couple of favs of mine in it, and it's sci-fi, so why not. I'm only a few minutes in but apparently one of the main characters (I think) is a scientist who works with mold (and maybe other fungi) and has asthma. It seems like a rather impractical combo, to me.
