Well on the plus side anything and everything in Japan these days seem to be cute. From wildlife to trains.
(Not Godzilla though, but maybe it hasn't been spotted recently? )

Might explain things. America isn't nearly as cute.

I'm watching the second half of Atlas on Netflix after sleeping through it on a previous day and it's continuing to be one of the silliest things I've ever seen.

In spite of the last episodes of Bridgerton now being available as well as the third season of Vienna blood I am continuing to watch Frankie Drake. Mostly because I'm not very focused and want to watch something "unimportant"... Anyway, they have a "verified authentic Aztec urn" that is clearly more Greek than Aztec in style.... Seems an easy mistake to avoid, but I guess they just grabbed any old urn from props?

Edit: Incan not Aztec, but then again those two cultures are more alike to each other than either is to ancient Greek culture. 

And still on Frankie Drake, someone went missing a day or so ago, and the detectives figure out he was to meet someone in the park at midnight (the night before I guess... time is always rather vague on TV) so they go to the park, it's evening so it must be almost 24 hours later and there he is. Dead, with a sheet over him, but nobody in sight. So did the killer pull a sheet over him before leaving thinking that'd disguise him from any park visitors during the day? Or was the body discovered and the police just left it lying there???

It doesn't quite seem to make sense.

Edit: And no, the sheet was not explained when the murder was solved. 

I got through the whole series of Scavengers Reign over the last weekend and... it was sort of OK.
I liked the mood and the slow pacing, and I eventually liked the way they told the story but... I just wasn't a fan of that flat-shaded art. No matter how clever or imaginative the designs may have been it still all ended up looking like a cheap, Saturday-morning kids show.
If it had been live-action or even animated with vaguely realistically styled CGI then it would have been amazing but...

I may start the new Bridgerton episodes in a few minutes.
