That's a very determined looking furry face...

Last night I watched/slept through that weird hand painted film about Van Gogh. That must have been sooo much work to do, I certainly don't envy all the artists that had to do it, and yet after all that effort it didn't quite work.
Some of those rotoscoped faces didn't quite fit the style of the backgrounds and because they were constantly painting over the work you could still see impasto "ghosts" of previous frames which isn't ideal.
Still interesting to watch, if only for the visual gimmick.

Currently watching Servant, which is rather weird and sinister.

Been stuck doing interviews the past three days... which felt like 3 weeks! So haven't been watching much of anything in the evenings. Just chilling out and relaxing. But will be searching tomorrow, if not tonight. Teleworking tomorrow, so should have some time to search at least.

I've just finished Foundation and it was... OK, I suppose.
I found it to be rather inconsistent in tone and quality. Some parts of the story were interesting and had an epic quality to them while others felt rather cheap and hammy with awkward acting and bad accents and it was all stitched together with little bits of voiceovers where one of the actors read out some stodgy prose.

Still watching the still weird Servant but I'll now have to find something else to add to that. I see that there's another season of The Last Kingdom appearing next week. "Uhtred, son of Uhtred!: etc.

I'm now watching the latest series of the Flash with its interesting science (which is becoming more and more like magic... although I guess superpowers are always pretty much magic.)

Ah, yes. Let's solve any problem by running a bit faster.
