I don't have the second game (but it's always cheap in the sales anyway) and I still haven't finished the first one either. I got to meeting Princess Adda and getting Triss to make a magic meal for her but haven't played it since. The third one is so much better that it's hard to go back to that rhythm-clicky fighting.

Oh right *read the spoiler* - I didn't even recall those things when I watched that episode.

I am currently watching Artemis Fowl and even after a few minutes the tone seems much "younger" than I expected.

...and it never really "grew up" as it progressed. I also fell asleep for a large chunk of it.
It felt like it was very deliberately supposed to be the first of a long series of films but forgot to be good enough for people to care about the future of the characters. There will have to be a reboot before any sequels.

Made a start on season six of The Expanse.
I think (?) the final episode will be available next week before my free trial runs out.

I have no idea who those two are
When I re-watched season 1 of the Witcher it kind of made sense to re-watch season 2 again as well. The first episode continues as if there was no season break after all. But half way through the second episode I started to feel that it was all too recent, so I stopped.

And yesterday I started watching Underworld - Blood Wars. Turned out I hadn't actually seen it (it's one of those series of movies I find very hard to tell apart). Not sure what I think. I find them entertaining but... that voice over where Selene describes herself as some sort of super fantastic killing machine while events in the movies imply that she's not... They just don't add up and it gets kind of ridiculous. I think basically the franchise takes itself too seriously.

Edit: Byw, no spoilers - I only watched half of it, before actually getting to bed at a fairly decent hour...  comparatively... 

Codringher and  Fenn is the legal/detective agency that collects information and hoards all kinds of old books and scrolls.


I think I've only ever seen the original movie of those Underworld things and never got into it enough to continue with the sequels. Like you said, they do seem like the same movie every time.
