Cryptid

Brief: The mysterious creatures of legend, lurking around in hiding waiting to reveal themselves to people with poor camera skills. Depict a Cryptid of some kind.

This thread is where you post your final entries, WIPs (work in progress) should be posted over here:  cgartnexus.com/index.php/forum/challenge...n-jan24-cryptid-wips

Moth...
        ...man.

Would have liked a bit more time to improve this and correct the errors that even I can see, but I don't seem to have much time for anything these days. :(

Well done. Nicely eerie mothdude, and his hands and feet fit him fine. I also like that wooden construction in the background. I failed miserably at even getting started

Thank you.

That overlap between the background structure and the foot/claw continues to bother my eye but I'd already flattened it by the time it started to annoy me so..
But I enjoyed adding all the noisy grain and grunge at the end. :)

You could stick some mist over the bridgey thing to push it back a bit and help separate him.

I think it's a great mothman with nicely mothy hands and feet and fluffy legs :)

For that little overlap with the structure, I think maybe the issue is mostly that the light (rim) on the structure is basically the same colour as the mothy guy... If it was a different shade maybe it would look more distinct from him.

Any an all misspellings are henceforth blamed on the cats.
