The human figure is a base mesh bundled with Modo, I use it because it is actually the correct average human height. I'm sure you can find loads of human base models online and you can scale them to the correct size then save it out to reuse again for the same thing. Alternatively in the past I have used a cube scaled vertically to 2 meters as a rough guide.

So your doorways are always exactly 210 cm tall? (with exception of older doors that might be smaller or doors designed specifically to be different.... :dry:

If I were making a standard door in a regular building, then yes they would be modelled the exact size. This is a hand built cabin in the woods constructed by a psychopath that doesn't need to accommodate a standard sized door and most people looking at it are unlikely to notice the exact height of the doorway (there is also no door).
