Why is it I always end up working for longer when I plan to quit work early? Have a bit of a headache but I "just wanted to finish".... oh well, work's all closed down now.

Don't you just hate it when you go to leave the house only to discover that some rogue spider has constructed a web right across the doorway ... at head height .... and you can't see it cos it's dark!!! And you plough straight into it face first and then spend the next paranoid hours brushing away imagined strands and worrying that there's a spider crawling across your head!

On a female point of view I hate it even more because those tiny strands get caught in your eyelashes due to the mascara. You spend the next hour trying to remove & thinking you still have web still in your lashes...that’s how much I hate it

We're having like a million butterflies (or moths) in the stairwell - I think they feel camoflaged there... (Lovely icky-yellow walls with white and black spots all over them...) But the other night one had got into my bedroom and everytime I was almost asleep, I'd feel it brush against my face... I couldn't find it whenever I turned the lights on, though. Kind of annoying too. I don't find butterflies icky but your brain takes a while to realise what that thing was and when you do you're already wide awake

I agree but they do a good job, it’s strange how so many people are scared of them & they are so small compared to us. I wonder where the fear stems from? Wasps can do one though!
