Totally Random

I knowed things!

Marta shared an article on Facebook recently, about how introverts do need to get out sometimes even if they hate it. Like, you know, if they all sit at home, they'll never meet each other... or if you want to really appreciate those nights at home you should spend the occasional night out as well. I'd have gone anyway, but it felt fortifying to have read said article before joining my now former co-workers at a pub quiz. First time I've made it - I usually get a headache...

And I knew more than I thought I would. None of the sports related stuff obviously. But I got all (3) questions on the Batman theme right *proud* and 3 out of 4 authors (all the British one - I think they were all British anyway - but not the one Swede). They had a theme of English terms as well and everyone on my team got excited because "I'm so good at English" - and the questions were all about sports. :glare:

But all in all it was good food, good company and good fun

And now I'm home alone with Gandalf and might just play some games

*continues to avoid humans*

I also rather impressed myself with my knowledge of TV series... We got a paper with 8 pics on them. One was of two men in 70-ies clothing (I think), that I had never seen. I told the others to write down Starsky & Hutch and it was (Didn't know any of the Swedish productions, though)

That was one memorable cardigan!

But I also liked their car with the big stripe!

Wasn't that the series Ben Stiller and someone else (Owen Wilson?) made a movie from? Not sure if it was a parody or if the original was a comedy but I'm pretty sure that movie was a comedy...

Yep, that's the one. But the original wasn't a comedy (although all old TV shows seem funny to us now.)
I really don't know why they did the movie in that way.
But I haven't seen it either so I shouldn't criticise.

Now ArtRage did that weird thing again! I was using Ctrl Z and it first grouped all, and even though I lifted the groups back out the main group still decided if stuff was visible or not (and at least one layer went poof entirely). At this point I had no idea what I'd done so I kept trying Ctrl Z and it just.... WEIRDED OUT. Like, at some point there was only one random layer and at another a selection of the content of another layer...

Luckily I had saved not too long previously, but I still have a few things to redo. *grumbles*
Enough for one day - It's friday after all!

ooookay.... I'm ready for a nap now

I'm always ready for sleep....
...until it gets to about midnight.

yeah, between then and 4 am seems to be the hardest time to fall asleep...
