That back-to-work coach who's helping me since I left my job, let me do the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and now I'm trying to read up on "my type" to see if it fits or not. Apparently I was rather clear cut as INTJ but the more I read the less it fits. Not that anything else really fits either, except me being an introvert.

I know absolutely nothing about those personality test things, aside from the fact that they always seem to generalise and oversimplify things. I suppose it isn't as bad as astrology but I'm still not a fan.

I tend to avoid all psychology tests just in case they accidently discover I'm a psychopath.

And well... When I started reading up on this last week I immediately wanted to criticize and change things but I settled for telling the coach I thought it was a "too well structured" model. (There are four "opposites" that make up your profile and well... isn't that convenient. Not a third pesky option somewhere... ) but I promised him I would try to read the info until next time WITHOUT analyzing it and developing my own model (Well I kind of promised not to analyze it but I can't help myself, so in my head I promised not to make a model of my very own )
