Yep, although it's more likely to be artificial "grassy" these days.

hmm we have something we call "Bandy" (not sure if it's the same or something else in english) which is played on ice or indoors, but not on grass...

'course it could mean I've totally misunderstood the term bandy legged all these years...

I just knew that Kaz would be one of those vicious shin-hitters.

I've never heard of Bandy but I've just googled. At least they have padding and protective clothing in that.
