I have no clue what this is from. Bruce Willis comes to mind, but so does Joe Pesci for some reason, so I'm lost. And apparently it's an easy one? Maybe I'll feel dumb when someone gives the right answer lol

The above quote is delivered by an American stand up who once said "I want a tracheoctomy (unsure of the spelling here) so I can smoke two cigarettes at once". His most famous stand up tour was called No Cure For Cancer.
