CGAN Jan26 - Pandora's Box WIPs

Sliiiiightly further along on all the folds linework. It was supposed to be LINES not shading... This is gooing to take forever. 

 

Still no further with the lines, but I decided I was far enough along to play a bit with lighting and colours and since the lines aren't done I have some time to think on how to move forward...
The lighting options were rather sloppily made, though and I guess two sources pretty much always look better than one (although in this case that might mean 3 sources depending on if the jar will glow...) Anyway, I'll probably try something like "B"

For the colours.... well, 1 is the most cliché and dull option, I suspect. 6 is probably the most ominous looking if I wanna go that way. Personally I like the dress colour in 2, but then blue-greens are pretty much always my fav colours... So in short, I'm still nowhere near decided and might end up with something entirely different anyway.

But whichever options you choose it's coming along very nicely.

It hasn't come along at all since that wip... How are your annoying annoyances coming along Val? You think you can participate in February? Would you like to have a go at Pandora's Box? Or would you prefer something else?

The big annoying thing is over but other annoying things keep appearing.

I've also been rather ill the last week or so, which has slowed down all my efforts but I will try to have a go at something in February and it doesn't matter whether you keep the theme or change it. Whichever is easier for you.

I mean if you want to finish your picture then continue the theme but if you're fed up of working on it then feel free to change it.

I'm not fed up, I've just had a hard time finding time to paint without Merlin constantly tugging at me for treats...
