Micro: That's an interesting combination of soft and hard forms in your picture. I'm not quite sure about the story it's telling but it's working in a technical, abstract way. Hopefully you'll have time to suggest the narrative a bit more.
Atto: I think this is working well. The little kicked-up clouds of sand give a great sense of the arid landscape. The only thing left to add is a bit of texture or definition to the ground, especially in the bottom left corner.
You've got a lovely sense of character and personality to those distant figures so don't be unhappy!
