My vote this month is for Dave.

Dave really liking the character and the polished look to everything, The background looks good dark with a bit of lighting and the way the lighting from the candle illuminates the fabric looks great, overall the lighting is done well. His espression captures the grumpy old man look perfectly, and the forshortening of his finger is a nice touch, :cheer:

Atto, the perspective of the door is a cool concept. I like the large monster the most, the texture and lighting on his fur is awesome, your wife should definitely be happier with a self tailored card just for her. The rest of the characters look great too,the 2d masks is perfect, brings more storytelling into it. Hope your wife was happy with it! :woohoo:

Cherry, it's amazing how quick you can put out a final image if you have some free time, and still looking great! I like the lighting from the window and the monster perspective is a great idea! All the elements around the room are add a good amount of detail to the image to make it interesting. Maybe next challenge you can get an earlier start! :P

Thanks, Banj & Valence. It was a fun challenge. ... And I agree with your assessment on his hand, Valence. Funny thing is, I actually did want to make the hand *knuckles' more knobbly with a better shape to them. But after a while, I just forgot to go back to it. :S

Thanks again

Thank you Atto & Cherry. :) It was a cool challenge to be part of!

Atto, though it's not looking like I will have much of any free time this month, I will certainly start bouncing some ideas around in my head, just in case I do find some. :) Maybe at least get some sketching in.

Thanks again
