Im invested in this ( I need some opinions

Mainly just the eyes  

Keep the lights saturated, the edges sharp and the transitions smooth. Maybe add radial highlight or two and a bit of subtle, transparent reflection at the end.
But the main advice never changes, be patient and control your brushwork.

You might want to investigate the lasso selection, flood fill, and magic wand selection tools. That would help keep your colour inside the lines.

Sketchbook's Steady/Predictive Stroke tool might also help with that.
