This is just a cell phone photo of my latest painting for the vet clinic. It's based of of Manet's A Bar at the Folies Bergeres. Of course, I had to make it A Bear at the Folies Bergeres. Nothing else would do!

Seeing as it's Folies Be(a)rgeres that would be a bar counter (a bear counter!? sorry couldn't resist) and a mirror, behind a bear whom I think will be wearing a nice little dress... 
No waterfalls included, I suspect. Though I see how one can interpret the bluish counter as water not knowing the subject.

I've done more work on it now, hopefully the marble bar looks less like a waterfall at this point (yes, I see it too. lol)

Thanks, Kaz! I'm really having fun on this one. It seemed overwhelming at first, but ... one bottle at a time... it's easier. Kind of like cleaning the house.
