(SOLVED - PROBABLY... NOT) Trouble viewing on ipad

I am suddenly having problems viewing the site on my ipad. I got the home page banner and an error message saying that I am not authorised to view the site and then a totally blank page. There is now a lock symbol in front of the site address in the search bar. Is this just an issue with Safari or is anyone else finding the same error message? I can access the site ok from the Chrome browser on my Cintiq but I would like to get access back on my ipad, any suggestions from the mods please?

We've just had the same issue on multiple browsers as well. Banj has been looking into it. It seems it's not entirely fixed though

Usually clearing your cache helps. But it might only be temporary.

Thanks for letting me know that it's being looked into Charlotte. Any idea how to clear the cache on an ipad in the mean time please? I did a reset already and that didn't clear the problem.

Not entirely sure what caused it, but it looked like I managed to fix it a couple of hours ago. Not an iPad user but this link seems to explain how to go about clearing your browser cache: discussions.apple.com/message/22166627

uhm, it just happened again...
Not only does it bug me that I have to clear my cache everytime I want to get here, but what really bugs me is Chrome's "hint" about privacy mode or whatever they call it. As if they think I want to hide some nasty porn surfing or something... I wonder if it ever appeared to the people who wrote that particular bit, that maybe you just have technical issues?

Sorry to hear some are having issues, but just wanted to pass along that I signed in sometime this morning and have been busy all day so haven't been active. But I'm still shown as being signed in? New feature I would hope, or is it a fluke?

I think I peeked in a couple quick times today, but definitely a few hours between peeks.
