General Scribbles

Or she's just seen someone else eat the last piece of chocolate.

I think I've had six consecutive failures since the last post.
(And that's not including the failed challenge pic!)

Time to go back to simple stuff...



...and even that isn't quite right. But it's a start.

Late night/early morning rabbits....

I can't help but think that that hard edged brush (palette knife?) might be better for something crystalline or well... hard edged... But it works well on the white bunnies fur after all, and it certainly brings out the softness of the black bunny's face! (The black bunny looks softer than the white one though... I guess the white one looks to have a bit messier or curlier fur...)

also I want to cuddle that long black ear... so soft...

Everything looks soft at 3am.

I did have a lot of trouble with the black bunny. It's just soooo dark that it was hard to get any form to it. It still looks a bit too much like a silhouette next to the white one.

I started off painting it in a completely different style with custom brushes but it went very wrong so out came the trusty palette knife again.

Those ear worms are creepy.
