I think the symmetry, especially of her face, contributes to the creepiness. Which is kind of odd as we're supposed to find symmetrical faces attractive. I guess there's such a thing as too symmetrical

Merlin wasn't really giving me the peace and quiet needed to paint so I did a quick costume thingy for Palia again. Not finished, though. Merlin is asleep now so I guess I should be painting Pandoras, but I'm a bit too tired to focus on anything at this point. Which is why I am also calling it a night on this thing even if it's not quite finished yet.
(Colours are not 100 % decided, patterns aren't considered at all, shading is just done in gray so far and linework is uncoloured as well...)
