Luca Brasi literally sleeps with the fishes 

A bit further along. I did some small changes to the linework and also tried to shrink one hand and make the other slightly larger. Not sure it was enough but it'll have to do I think. I've done the light and shadow layers but I'm still not decided on the transition between the greens and whether her tail should have some pattern on it... Lines need colouring and the shadow layers probably need some colour adjustments and I'm not sure if the background should just be flat or if I should do something with that too...

I like the watery "floatiness" of the hair. The subtle shading on either side of the neck makes it work very well.

I think I'm calling it done. It was never meant to be a master piece after all  

 

Looks lovely. That extra bit of warmth to the tones around the face and hair adds even more life to the character.
