The other HemsworthS. Even. Liam would be my last choice of those three.

I'm looking through a list of actors in their forties to see if anyone else might make a good Witcher. Based on looks alone, mind you. I don't know enough about acting skills (or that those are needed much for the grunting, even if Cavill seems to think Geralt is a very complex character).

I'm thinking maybe Michael Fassbender. Matt Bomer's face looks like he might work too (who's he, though?) and that was it from a selection of 72 faces. Maybe I should have looked for a list of actors in their late 30ies, as Cavill is 39 (according to Google).

Personally I wouldn't g so far as to call the recast "shocking" news, and I don't really care that much who plays Geralt, but I do feel Liam looks a bit too baby-faced. But there's always make-up. And stuff.

Edit: Googled Bomer. I have seen him, in The Sinner. Thought he might look vaguely familiar. I don't think I ever finished that round of the show. 

I like Fassbender but he doesn't seem like the kind of actor who'd want to commit to a TV show. And he's already done a video game thing with that Assassin's Creed movie and he seemed mostly uninterested by it as he cashed his paycheck.

I have seen the first two seasons of The Sinner but haven't got around to the more recent ones.

He's not quite as "squinty" as the other two.

 How? Why? There's... I... Wha..? How on earth are there already three seasons of The Witcher? 

EDIT - And can't they just nip down to B&Q to get another Henry Cavill?
