They're the reason a lot of modern games all look the same. Everyone just drops in rocks and trees from there instead of having to model them themselves.

I've never tried Unreal Engine so I haven't bothered looking at them too much before but I shall go check it out right now.
Although I suspect that all the assets will be too high-res for my PC.

Yay, they do have lower res versions.
But it's a bit tricky getting the textures working in Blender when importing the FBX file.

And I didn't need another account. I just logged in with my Epic profile.

You should. It's just one click.

And I've worked out that downloading the .glb file is better for Blender. All the textures seem to work automatically without having to import everything separately.
