I have to say I think this could do with more work. Her face and shoulders are obscured by black, presumably from the hair you coloured with a soft brush. As Valence has also said, try to find the edges and keep them sharp. And as I said before, once you have flat shapes with sharp edges you can use that shape to control the shading within it.

 

Did you erase the surrounding background?
That works surprisingly well as a way to tighten the outline/silhouette and make the figure pop out. I would never have thought of doing that, so well done.
