The cloth sim has gone away and I've added some cape bones to the armature and this is working a little better...
It's still not as "clothy" as I'd like but I'm not sure I can get it any better at this stage. Any improvements will probably have to be sculpted in after the final pose.

Hooray! I've finally managed to log in on my PC so I can see all your work in its hi-res beauty! And can I say they all look fantastic. loving the stylisation on yours Charlotte and Val, that modelling looks awesome.
