Out of the Blue

Brief: Take the title and do with it what you will (hopefully paint something and post it in the challenge)

Deadline: Midnight on Saturday the 30th of September.

Rules in brief:
- All challenge entries must be your own work.
- You should post at least two WIP images that are clearly different from your final entry and each other.
- Your final entry should contain your image (inserted so it shows up full size) and at least two links to your WIP posts on the forum.
- No chatter in the finals thread – if you have questions, post them in the WIP thread or PM an admin.
- Feedback is allowed & encouraged together with the voting and in the WIP thread.
- Deadline is given in UK time (midnight UTC) with a grace period of 5 minutes for getting the post sorted.
- Each member may cast one vote.
- No cheating! Admins may decide to disqualify an entry that does not adhere to the above rules.

But I realise now, I forgot to put WIP or Finals in the thread titles... Oopsie.

I fixed the title.

I have an idea (well, two maybe) for this challenge, I just need to get around to starting it 

A change of plans. This isn't what I was intending to do but I didn't have time to do my original idea. I'm killing two birds with one stone and posting a pic commissioned by my sister a week ago (which is why all my WIPs are dumped together as I wanted to check she didn't mind first).

I'm kind of missing the actual "blue" in your final... Perhaps you could consider making a challenge version where either the sky behind her or her clothes are blue(er)... Just a thought (and yes I know you already posted the final and I do realise that the challenge theme is a saying and doesn't actually have to include the colour blue...)

She wants them for something, I have at least one other to do before the 1st 

It was blue, but that looked like a night time moonlit scene instead of a sunlit sky. Stare at the sun and you'll see
