I'm thinking the rainbow is a circle.... hamster wheels are circles... maybe at the end of the rainbow, there's an exhausted hamster?

I rather like the archer idea, though instead of preceding the arrow, perhaps it'd make more sense for a rainbow to appear in it's wake? Well, "more sense" might not be a sensible choice of words...
