Anyhooo.... when I was doodling that pic earlier I encountered a strange sense of familiarity and at the time I didn't know why. But now I realise that I've done the same pose from that Monkey King painting from back in the day. I do wish I could have new ideas once in a while.
Maybe I should flip it to pretend it's a completely different composition?

Ugh, that looks poor. I guess I'll leave it as it is and just be repetitive.

It's still looking more finished than mine probably will Val.
It wasn't a wind that blew me away but I have just spent 5 days in Scotland then with only about 12 hours off went to Norfolk for four days with the business.
Got a few hours today and possibly a few tomorrow to get my entry finished so let's see what I can do with what time I can spare.
