hey micro 40 isn't old, don't be scared. and I'm feeling the same - just 26 days until I have my birthday .. then I'm 28 (It's kind of weird but I'm almost everytime feeling like 16 or... 10 (especially when I'm watching disney movies )

You are so right Charlotte :woohoo:Cherry I hope you still get a lot of good stuff having a birthday so close to Christmas ! I remember 28, it was a fine year for me, you just get more mellow with age, but don't feel any different, but the years go faster after 30 so be careful!

congrats Charlotte - so you made it punctually on christmas? not bad. my mom loves me because she had a nice christmas evening before they had to drive to the delivery room

well micro, my family always say "you don't get that much the whole year - so you get all on 2 days." I was always able to have bigger wishes which they can split off by 2 days. that's a nice side effect.

I'm 40 in April so I guess I'm in good company! Btw I hope 40 isn't the new teens - I hated my teens, all that awkwardness, those hormonal imbalances and fumbling around in the dark? No Thanks!

New twenties then? I liked my twenties better than my teens, anyway

I'm already into my 40s and recently started wearing glasses for reading, so the fumbling around in the dark is a definite likelihood.
