Barring any unforeseen disasters which I haven't foreseen
the site will be offline for possibly a few hours this Friday (the 22nd of November) for an update. You will be unable to access the site during this time.
Twitter log in is being removed forever as we no longer have a Twitter account to deal with it. The gallery will also be missing when the site returns, but this is hopefully only temporary.

Site is now back online and updated
As you can see it looks a little different, some notes:
- Switchable light and dark themes via the toggle at the top right of the site.
- You can now log in from any page with the drop down menu (the log in on the registration page is still there if you choose to take the long route).
- Google and Discord log in options are now available (and Twitter is gone as mentioned previously). I haven't yet been able to test these so if anyone discovers a problem let me know.
- The new shoutbox should notify you of new forum posts. There is an audio notification currently which can be muted with the button (but I may disable it completely if it becomes annoying).
- Shoutbox and forum use the same emotes and the same emote codes.
- Shoutbox can accept image uploads.
- Profile templates have not yet been updated to work with the new theme, while they still kind of work it is recommended to use the "default" theme for now.
- The gallery is currently offline and you can't upload to it. This may return (we are waiting on the system we use to be updated), or we may move to a different gallery system which would result in existing gallery uploads being lost as there is no way to migrate everything.
- The site FAQs are in the process of being updated as there are some differences in a few components the site uses (embedding videos in blog articles for example (although that specific info is already updated), and things like the emotes list may be out of date.
