I got AXEL the ROCKER pod from a flower event! Good thing I caught him too, as I found the flowers just as they were despawning.

I'm pretty sure I used right click - create duplicate, but I guess I might have clicked the wrong row in the pop up menu... twice...

I need to simplify some shapes before texture mapping but at least it looks like I intended. Whether it would look as intended in game is another thing. I've come to realise that the houses in game that I think look normal vs big are actually way too tiny vs more normal, if you think of the game characters actually fitting inside. So this is approximately 3*5 meters which makes for a tiny log cabin but if I ever manage to get it into Banished it'd look pretty big...
It's also protruding slightly beyond the 3*5 so I'd probably have to use 5*7 in game "squares" for it... To prevent overlap if nothing else.

And maybe I should point out that some of the interior geometry from the first models (as they represent building stages) are not present in the finished cabin where you wouldn't be able to see it anyway. (But there are more simplifications to be done, still. )

It's looking pretty good. The detail of the logs and the interlocking beams make it seem very intricate indeed.
PS. I think Banj's cylinder may have been 10,000. I did notice that my last gaming screenshot was 9,999 but it seems right that Banj should have the privilege on his own website.

I know I fiddled with some view setting somewhere to make those edges/wireframe show up but they still only show on some things and I'm not sure how to turn them off again?
Also I googled how to find out the number of faces (polygons) in a model and the response was "in the top right in Edit mode" and "oh duh of course". But I see nothing like that anywhere???
EDIT: I'm also seeing that | cursor/marker thingy in uneditable text on websites for some reason...
