Gaming
Hey, it's not Fate Of Atlantis but it's Indy, what could go wrong.
Enjoying it so far. The graphics and animation are a bit ropey in places, I was gonna criticise them more for not being up to the standard of the similar era and theme of Tomb Raider Legend (which I loved and played to death back in the day) but it seems that the Indy game predates it a bit so I'll let it off.
I quite like the mood and the rather casual combat (I don't like any of my games to be too realistic in a punishing way, I like baddies to die quick and my cars to corner easily, preferably with the assistance of magic walls with big flashing arrows!)
But I do find myself yearning for more cut scenes. Not to the extent of Metal Gear Solid though, just enough to keep you engrossed in the story.

It starts in Ceylon with Indy looking for some idol, although there's not any explanation of what and why. But I have now just got it (after struggling to avoid the massive alligator!) and with that first chapter over it has now treated me to a couple of cut scenes to get the story going, the first involving a rather camp Nazi who was dispatched into the alligator's mouth
Anyway, I'm now at a castle in Prague punching some more Nazis whilst trying not to lose my hat. I love the way that it falls off during fights and then you have to go wandering around looking for it on the floor.

I think the extended cut of the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy are shorter than some of the cut scenes in Metal Gear Solid.
