You may have to change the nose too. No-one else on earth has ever had a nose like that! You really don't appreciate how weird it is until you try to draw it.

Mork And Mindy was a bit before my time. I do remember everyone doing that thing with the hand while saying, "Na-Noo Na-Noo" (or however it should be spelt) and as a very young child I vaguely recall having a Mork toy consisting of the egg and the figure (wearing that spacesuit with the triangle rather than the stripey jumper and rainbow braces) but I don't think I've ever seen a single episode of the show and as an adult I've never felt the desire to revisit it.
That's probably down to my aversion to Robin Williams. I didn't mind him when he was being creepy in One Hour Photo or Insomnia but when he was being "funny" or "inspirational" I found him absolutely insufferable.
Perhaps that's just a cynical British viewpoint. You can ban me for that too!

well in MY case (I can't speak for Valence) I didn't get a chance to see Mork & Mindy until we got cable TV in the 80ies.... And I think I only watched a few episodes, if even that much. I think we got to see quite a few older shows at that time.
I do remember a show called Shirley and (someone), and that series with Fonzie and Ron Howard, oh and "I dream of Jeannie" (spelling?) with "JR Ewing" in it. And er... the Hulk, Bionic Woman (?), Honey West, Hulk Hogan/Wrestling... some guy called Nick, I thought was cute... Gee I must be getting old. I remember more of my 80ies TV shows than I do of yesterday...
Oh and the Monkees! How could I forget the Monkees...

And you probably meaning Lavern and Shirley, who also had (Lenny and Squiggy) and yes, kind-of a shoot-off from Happy Days. (With the Fonz) that did kind of co-exist with each other.
And yeah, isn't it sad how you can remember all those older shows more than even the newer ones on in recent years? Guess they just don't make the impact those older shows made.

Mork and Mindy is actually a spin off from Happy Days.
