Pretty cool character design.
You should really keep all your characters/images in the same thread, so people can flip through the pages to enjoy them all. Right now, some threads may be pushed down to a point where some might miss some of them. Just a thought.

Maybe Timothy Spall can star in the movie about his life... 
I think it looks great. The more I look, though, the more I wish that one tooth (the one on our right) was partially obscured behind his upper lip. Of course that's assuming the two teeth are placed symmetrically, but that's always what my brain will assume...
