well, I got the bright idea to look for the Caesar games on GOG.com and ended up buying Caesar IV as well as the first Witcher game. I can't remember if I had Caesar IV or III but either way I did like those games back when I uh, got them on a CD from someone. At least now I can play guilt free, and it SHOULD work on windows 10 or they shouldn't be selling it as such. I hope.
