Maybe you brought them with you. No wonder the cats go wild at night.

Deadline for Halloween event submissions on Aywas is today, so I can finally get back to doing some halloween stuff for Founder's Fortune. So here's what I have done this year (for the site, as opposed to the witchy I made more for myself)

Edit: I noticed one of the inktober prompts this year is "tick", so I guess I already have that one covered.

I really like the little fella on the top, right. The one with the skeleton front.

I get sketchy around pencils! ...=D

I did some stuff for Aymas as usual, and then decided (pretty much like I always do at the end of December) that I won't do any event stuff for Aywas this year. It gets me so stressed up about the deadline and while I get paid in site currency, I don't really feel that it gets very appreciated for all the energy I put into it. Nobody cares who made the items available in the season/event shop, nobody bothers saying thanks or that they like it. And nobody else submits anything. Well, usually someone submits a bit more but this Aymas, it was only me submitting both clothes and items (a few more people submitting pets, luckily.)

Anyway, I promptly started playing with an idea for my own site shop, and I've been struggling for the last four days just trying to decide on colours... :eyeroll: I WAS going to make a maximum of 5 colours but then I couldn't sleep last night so I sat up and added three more...

So this is the latest Aywas thing I did.

Yes it's kind of annoying on Reddit too when people don't bother acknowledging that you've just done a painting for them. And you don't get paid anything there either.

But you've picked some nice colour combinations there. The two in the second column fromthe left are my favourites of those. That deep red looks very rich and subtle and the one below has a nice vibrancy without being too saturated. :aha:

Thanks Val :)

and that reminds me of another gripe I have since this "Aymas". I traded gifts with someone and made her a premade pet of one of her favourite species on Aywas (a melo which is kind of like a dog or fox) but made it more like a cat due to her nickname and added an item she likes, so basically a very custom made pet just for her. She had sent me a few small things that weren't very valuable at all. Fine, we didn't know what the other was getting. But she didn't thank me for the work done or anything. Not. a. peep. Oh well, I'll forget it again. In time :P
