These are fantastic Charlotte!
Particularly love the rat/mole/beary bug but there’s a really nice expression in the eyes of your saucer one too. If you change the eyes I’d try to keep that.

No smudge tool was harmed in the making of this image.

the saucer bug (or flying stalker) looks a bit sad...
Not sure I can keep that expression if I change to compound eyes :p

Did something else... (but I still think the tardigrades are the best)

Nice works... Always enjoy seeing all the new critters. Makes me want to create some. :)

And you see why I stayed logged in... Needed time to catch up on post, and it clears all the new ones once I sign out. :S

I get sketchy around pencils! ...=D

Some of the colorations (and minor edits) I've done so far for December, Aymas (Christmas) and "Ugly Sweater" theme:

I like the crystals in that bottom, middle one. The colouring perfectly captures the foggy transparency you would get with them.
That's a really good design too, it seems to have much more depth than other Aywas designs I've seen, especially with that head pushing forward like that. And whether or not you're responsible for the linework, the shading on that one really makes that depth work.

In these cases I have only done small bits of linework and oonly shaded the edited areas. :)
But yes, Newer Aywas pets are overall better than older ones :)

The one on the right stands out very well.
The shift in contrast from the white hat to the dark hair then back to the white trim leading down to the pattern on the dress, all creates a nice flow to the figure.
