Looks fantastic.
If you do have time then there are a couple of points where adjacent leaves blend together in the same flat colour and just a.single line of light or shadow along one edge would work to separate them a little more...
 

But it's not a big thing and even without the change I think it's more than good enough to print as it is. The background works very well now due to the way you've "grounded" it with those contact shadows. It now looks like a receding depth of space rather than just colour. Well done. :thumbup:

Thank you :) and I will add some more shadow in those places! (And maybe a couple more, when I look at it again, later...)

I know I whined as late as yesterday about not being able to finish this image for my niece's birthday, today, but... I guess I did finish after all. At least it's as finished as it'll ever be.

Looks good. I like the sense of transparency and those sharp little highlights on the insect antennae. :)

Painting leaves is never fun. I've been trying to do an acrylic painting for the last month that has far too many of them and I'm not enjoying it. Will be glad when it's done.
