A graphic novel? That sounds interesting and ambitious, micro.

Have you got a story planned out?

The cover looks intriguing and enigmatic.
Can't wait to see how the pages develop. :)

Thanks Val :woohoo:

I do actually have a lot of the story down and a background for many characters and events. I'm afraid to give too much away!

But here's the first page and the development of my main character! :woohoo: Still in development..

That's looking pretty good, Micro. I always thought it would be cool to put something like this together. To tell the story on panels, where the images help tell the story, along with the wording. Look forward to your updates! :)

I get sketchy around pencils! ...=D

Nice work. For the motorcycle I would study more perspective and be more selective about where you put detail. Also I would look at more reference bc you have parts that don't make much sense to the overall function. Keep going!

The rocks are heavily relying on photos so i'm probably going to ditch it.

Good to see you posting (and painting) again Micro :)
I like the tree picture with that little stream of moonlit water. For the second one, hey it's a concept. No such thing as "ditching" ;) Anyhow, I hardly ever play with tilted horizons and the like but right now the vehicle is basically "plummeting downwards" - perhaps you could try having the horizon/water level as is but the vehicle moving upwards ? Just a thought from someone who never gets around to environments... :)

Any an all misspellings are henceforth blamed on the cats.

I love the light on the water in both of these.
Don't be ditching anything.

Thanks guys, to be honest it's taken me months to make just those two pics, some weeks I can only spend 10 min or so, pain is pretty intense..

I guess i'l keep the vehicle one for a learning mistake  Thanks Val and Charlotte for wanting to keep it alive, that's a good point about the vehicle direction Charlotte, i'll just do the horizontal switch, good trick.
