I always enjoy doing glass and lenses. Just a few well-placed highlights and a bit of refraction can make any kind of pic look better than it deserves to be. 
I'm not quite as keen when it comes to doing the frames though. That seems to require good, steady linework and crisp edges.

If Banj tries to ban me for this, I'm asking for protection... because I have no idea who this is... (then again maybe it's just a random ref?)
Anyway I think the skin and the eyes look good. Not knowing the ref I can't really say but I'm not sure about the lips? And I think the hair could use a bit more definition/shape at least close to the face...
But not sad, definately not sad!
