General Scribbles

Did some work on a picture today and it looked surprising good after only 40 mins. I thought about calling it done and posting it but then decided to really push it and add more details.
Another two hours were spent completely destroying it. Then I pressed the wrong key and lost the previous save AND the recording!

Another one of those days.

Nooooooooooo! Oh the humanity of it all!
Been there, done that, threw my pc outta the window in frustration.

Here’s mine for today. For the toonme challenge over on Insta and yeah I know it’s not really a toon but I got carried away and completely forgot about what I was supposed to be doing.

Nicely done. Much better than a "toon" as well.

I had one of those days where everything I tried turned into complete garbage. Must remember to empty my trash folder tomorrow.

I thought I'd be brave today and do a portrait that included a hand.

Frustratingly I managed to paint everything EXCEPT the hand! It was a particularly horrible angle/gesture.
Even more annoying was the fact the the hand was kind of important to the whole picture so I couldn't even remove it or hide it in my usual cheaty fashion.
So that's another two hours wasted and another painting sent to the depths of the "bad stuff" folder.

Maybe I'll come back to it sometime. (But I doubt it.)

Funnily enough that’s exactly what happened to me yesterday. I thought I had hands down but I guess not.
