The rest of it is a bit harder to read...

It's probably a consequence of the inevitable hand removal.

Someone was scratching the chin in the photo. When will they ever learn to keep hands out of shot! :eyeroll:

Personally I think he's great Val! Awesome fur.

So this kind of happened or actually didn't but I'm too tired and I refused to handle this guys fur in any meaningful way.

Love the beard on that last one, especially the way you created the suggestion of texture without going in to paint individual hairs. Terrific colour schemes on all of them too!

Back to humans for me as well.

Yeah, I know. Head too big. Eyes too big. Etc.
Could also use a bit more shadow under the chin (I've only just noticed that now while looking at the thumbnail.)

Theres some lovely luminescence to those eyes Val - and remember a young man called Walt did really rather well with big heads and big eyes!

More beardy stuff from me, i think this ones slightly more successful than the last but I ran out of time on the hands (still at least they're there huh? :woohoo: )

The loose brushwork on the hands actually works really well. It makes them look a little out of focus and adds more depth to the image.

And it's strange how many beards want to get painted.
Beards and nose piercings. :)

No beards today but theres a nose ring if you can see past the sketchiness.

I struggled with this one - not because of my any apathy on my part - it's a great face with such a lot of character and expression but there was just SO MUCH to do. Proboably should have spent more time on the dreads but I'll be moving swiftly on.....

Good work on the eyes, especially on the "whites" of the eyes.
Getting the hues and values right in those areas can make an enormous difference to a picture.
