Thanks both, very good points.

My wife is getting ready for her one and only show of this year and while she was printing some new coasters I nicked a few to put my own work on.
Really just for myself as the colours aren’t quite there yet but I may look at selling them when I get more time to sort them.


The colours aren’t as bad as they look here. Blame electric lighting and my laziness on not editing them.

Valence, those recent portraits are exceptional! Loving all the color choices and brushwork, and especially the expressions! Very unique and expressive, really brings all the portraits to life. Looking forward to more images from you, keep it up!

Just completed my entry for this weeks PAOTW. I’m trying to limit myself to the four hour deadline and while I’m enjoying trying to work that fast it’s also highly infuriating.
I just don’t get time to take it as far as I’d like.
My backgrounds are certainly suffering.
