Freddie Mercury is still very difficult for me.
I only wanted to do a quick pencil sketch warm-up before moving on to something else, but ended up with 90 mins of grief wrestling with that weird nose of his.

Excellent stuff, Banj.
Love the simple combination of line and shading (I wish I could do linework:() And the subtle blur of that background stripe is so effective at creating depth.

Every recent attempt at painting has been a complete disaster for me (I'd like to say I'm just going through one of those phases but they're becoming so frequent that I think that's the norm these days. :()
So I'll go back to scribbly unfinished doodles with this awkward Kurt Cobain.
