I see that em... has posted another list of names to shame us into admitting that we didn't finish the last list.
I did keep trying with them. Honest. I just got stuck on Muhammad Ali and couldn't let it go.I still have several unfinished versions that don't look anything like him.

My only knowledge/experience of that damned book is the "feed" that appears on our own front page (and I only get sent there when my browser botches up the login process, which happened last night.)
That's where I saw the list of names along with your comment.

Here's a couple of quick pencil doodles from last night that display a flagrant disregard for likeness.





I had no idea who that first one is and google wasn't that helpful when it came to references so who knows how bad my effort was.

PS. I still may go back to finish the ones I missed on the previous list but it's worth playing along with the new one for now.

Number three.

Thought I might try my hand in here this is my first attempt at caricature. I have always shied away from caricature it's hard enough to get a normal likeness never-mind exaggerating features. Just in case it's the first one of the list above.

After struggling with that face too I certainly recognised her!
And well done for trying something different! It can only get easier with practice... unlike doing hands!

Numbers two and three from the list

That Diana one is good. It reminds me of those Spitting Image puppets.

I found Rosa Parks to be tough. It took me a couple of attempts to get to the one I posted and I wasn't too happy with that. I think part of the likeness is in the triangular shape of her lower face.
