Studying masters is almost what I like most - much less intimidating than coming up with your own things, and the drawings for some reason always look so much better ?

Thanks a lot, lately I’ve been very fond of sanguine and black color pencil - with white chalk if drawing on toned paper.

Summer vacation is here, time to post something. A long duration drawing in progress I returned to this morning

Hey Mindbender! Nice to see you around again :)

Nice sketch too although the perspective/foreshortening seems a little off (things seem to be getting smaller nearer the viewer instead of the opposite)
