These are awesome! Great sense of fun and energy in them. At first glance to me they looked like they were rendered/done on the computer but they're actually traditionally done. Do you use any reference material for these? Or, where do you find inspiration to create these? Great skills mate!

Cheers guys! As for reference I do occasionally use it but not really as much as I should I used to be really pig headed and think that reference was "cheating" but I now realise how stupid a concept that is. And for idea generation its all in the thumbnails, I have sketchbook with thousands of them in.
